I love that Carrie and it brings back super memories of my visits to Glencoe! I always feel so moved when I visit that site and this painting reflects the mood of the area so well!

The road-facing peaks of Aonach Dubh, Beinn Fhada and Gearr Aonach are the mountains that are together known as the Three Sisters of Glencoe. The colours in these hills can change dramatically from one hour to the next. I have tried to capture the dark evening sun. Painted on canvas board with acrylics.
