Carol, of course it merits being on the gallery! By the title, I’m guessing this is somewhere in the Lakes...lol. I love your palette, those soft greys and pinks compliment one another beautifully and I like how you have used both in the sky and the mountains. Your sky is excellent by the way! Glad you’ve picked up your brush again Carol.

Thank you so much Fiona. Believe it or not it is a purely invented scene although obviously based on my time spent in the Lakes. The title refers to that, and the idea that it's got to be cooler up that fell than it is here!!!

Lol.....of course, you’re getting this heat wave aren’t you! Just to rub it in, it’s been quite pleasant here......low 20s with a brisk breeze....very nice! Lol Sorry!!!
