Cloudy skies over Bexhill

Bags of atmosphere in this Carol.....not sure myself how you would do a pebbly beach.....stipple, drag the brush sideways? You could have a choice of foregrounds here Carol, I thought it looked like the scubby grassland you get on beaches. I like your waves, very subtle.

Fiona -many thanks for your comment and apologies for not responding sooner. The last two weeks have been taken up with payroll year-end and setting up new year -all thankfully finished now. I've made some brief visits to the gallery but have about 10days to look at.
