Lovely painting... tend to agree with Diana , he does look a little lonely. Maybe a tad bigger? The grasses are super.

Thanks all for your comments - the duck was nesting I think and quite alone - could have gone bigger but I've repainted it once and can't be bothered to re-do! I am going to hang it at the Nottingham Society of Artists Autumn exhibition now that I have been accepted as an affiliate member - quite excited! Has to be for sale so I'm thinking £150 ish - who knows! :)
