Hi Carole join the club I've got pneumomia too and its awful...I'm in Australia though...wish I could paint like that through fevered eyes lovely colours and textures

Now that really is vibrant ! Had someone bought you a bunch of red roses as a get well present?

If pneumonia does this to you.......... sorry Carole but this is a great piece of work. Colours and semi abstraction is new to your style. I love the unexpected.

Carole I can feel your despair and tiredness, but soon that unresolved red paint will bloom into more roses, this is a lovely vibrant painting and so different i would love to have done it. Get well soon.

Patsy thankyou - I'm 4 weeks in to my recovery so no blurry eyes - poor you I send you all my support and best wishes

Thanks Val No these were bought on valentine's and all I had done was swooshed some moulding paste in the vague shape of roses - hadn't touched it since, then this morning I just picked up the brush, palette knife and kitchen roll and got stuck in!

Thanks Beatrice - not getting pneumonia again though :):)

You got it in a nutshell Norah - thank you for seeing what I saw! and thanks for the sympathy all!
