Olive trees are harvested in October. There are records of olives being collected by our ancestors as long ago as 19000 years, in the Middle East. These ancient trees are considered sacred among the Eastern Mediterranean. In Gaza ruination of these beautiful, trees has been used by Israeli settlers, to deprive Palestinians of their livelihood. Acres now lie in charred ruins. Water soluble oils, on board , 12” x 14”.
