A beautiful painting Brian, with a lovely calm palette. The perspective is excellent and I can just feel myself standing there looking at the boat and then along the seafront to the houses, and beyond. Wonderfully atmospheric, especially the sky

Lovely painting, very clever composition, my eye is drawn to the boat and then moves over to the buildings and around the painting and back to the boat which is such a marvellous focal point.

This is lovely - wish I had the photo as I would like to paint this scene. Love the paleness of it all and all the bits and bobs surrounding the boat.

I like all of your pictures Brian but particularly this one. Excellent composition and the subdued tones match the subject very well.
