This plein air line and wash was done one summer evening with my Thursday night watercolour group. Most of the session was taken up with a brief intro' on composition to optimise our location, with some thumbnail tonal sketches to explain, followed by touring around giving 1:1 on whatever issues their work raised. Issues in mine included; seeing values clearly, making white paper work for you, and mixing greens of different colour temperatures and purity.
