Hopefully it's possible to zoom in on this. It's quite large, 64cm x 45cm, but then it had to be with this amount of faithfully-reproduced content. Most demanding was the design of the overall layout; it's one thing to know what scenes you intend to include and quite another to organise them into a workable composite design, especially when everything is handraulic, no technology available. Abbeydale Hamlet is a stunning industrial museum which was once a producer of agricultural tools and the largest water-powered industrial site on the River Sheaf. Now it's a group of Grade I and Grade II listed buildings and a Scheduled Ancient Monument. It includes a Manager's House, Worker's Cottage, working waterwheel fed by the adjacent Tyzack's Dam, crucible steel furnace, tilt hammers and workshops. It was completely transformed after a three year £1million Heritage Lottery funded restoration project completed in 2016. I have literally dozens of prints of this gathering dust in a cupboard. 2H,
