I would never have put oil and watercolour together Manashree because of the diverse nature of the two mediums so you are really brave to do it. It really does glow - especially that yellow!

This is excellent and as i have said i think highly of your outlook on life. I believe positive thought leads to positive actions even in terms of healing. If you keep telling yourself you are in pain the pain will continue. I think so many sensations are a state of mind. On the other hand pain is linked with suffering and i actually believe in suffering as the greatest instructor of all. Without it we would not learn how to overcome.
