Mellon Udrigle, Wester Ross, is a remote hamlet overlooking a beautiful beach that is often described as being of white sands, but here on an early September morning, the cloud shadows and light conspired to give it some colour. There is a glorious background of mountains which includes An Teallach, popular with climbers intent on bagging its twin munro-height peaks. Oil painting on 3mm mdf board. 10" x 20" (25.5 x 51cm).
