Hot Day in Raydon
I painted this scene plein air in May and wasn’t too happy with the result, this is a ink and wash version I painted this morning. I used cartridge paper which has restricted the amount and strength of watercolour but I am happy with my effort. I used a combination of fountain pen and sharpened matchstick with Indian ink.
