Beautifully done David. I remember our boat getting quite close to the island, the bird life was wonderful.

Thank you Fiona for your kind comment!

Thank you, Spencer.

Super work once again David.

Thank you for your kind comment, Stephen.

Another good one David I like the balance of blue in the sky matching the blue sea. Bit disappointed no boat😊 only joking of course.

Excellent David.

Thank you Denise and Chris for your kind comments! I thought about including a boat in the foreground and then thought it may detract from the remainder of the painting!

Beautiful 😍

Such a fascinating building - good work, David!

Lovely watercolour David. The bird colony has suffered greatly from bird flu in recent months, we are all hoping for better times.

Another lovely painting David

Thank you Faye, Anne, Marjorie and Judith for your kind comments. That is sad news about bird flu, Marjorie. My wife and I had a wonderful trip to the island last year to see the puffins and other bird life!

Nicely painted David. Great clarity

Thank you Martin for your kind comment!

A beautiful painting David, love the blue, and looks like it was a lovely clear day

Thank you Cheryl for your kind comment!

This is at the bottom of my street David and has always fascinated me, as the scene constantly changes, according to light and weather. This is one of the best paintings I have seen of Coquet Island because the detailing is perfectly balanced. The foreground and sea are just beautiful.

Thank you Carole for your very kind comments!!

Another lovely watercolour David.

Thank you, Stephen.

Very nicely done David.

Thank you, David
