Good shadows on the Oast Houses and the figures always give scale to a painting. Around here the blossoms came but a 2 day stiff wind is spoiling them a bit !!!

Just completed this watercolour of the oast houses on the Sissinghurst Estate in Kent. The painting is based on a photograph I took last week. The oast houses are used by the National Trust as the ticketing office and exhibition centre on the estate.
