Excellent work

Thanks Romila, Richard, Chris and Sylvia for your kind comments!

Excellent David.

A great sketch, David - I like drawing buildings but I would feel daunted by this one, so well done! (Definitely "Downton Abbey" - we had a visit there a few years back and loved seeing all the rooms as we are both fans of the series!)

Thank you, Anne. Yes my wife and I love the series also! We visited a number of years back and like you enjoyed viewing the rooms used in the series!

Wow- that’s some drawing!!

Wow…..this is fabulous David!

Thank you Rachel and Fiona for your comments!

You've captured and conveyed the scale of the castle very well, David.

Hang on Studio Wall

Another ink sketch of a famous building depicted in the TV series, "Downton Abbey. It is the county seat of the Earls of Carnarvon. An interesting Egyptian Museum is housed in the basement of the main building relating to the family's connections with the discovery of the tomb of Tutankhamun.
