Back street of Naples

Back street of Naples

This brought back to me the words of Peter Sarstedt's "Where do you go to my lovely? " Seth. .."I remember the back streets of Naples; two children dressing in rags, both filled with a burning ambition to lose their lowly-born tags" (One of my favourite songs incidentally) . Nice work and thanks for the memory of the song.

Thanks Jim. I was going to title it 'where do you go to my lovely'' but thought only our age group might get it.

What a great piece Seth. I remember the song too - showing my age now!!

Me too! Absolutely spot on with the song and the drawing is truly evocative. Well done once again, Seth

Love it Seth all that washing blowing in the wind. Love the song too 💕

This is super Seth, washing blowing in the breeze and I can hear the faint trill of a canary from it’s cage on the balcony. I remember the song also...justLol.
