Thanks Heather, I saw the Van Gogh At Eternitys Gate film where he used a bamboo pen to make marks so had a go myself

I think you are the king of looseness Ashley! Your home made bamboo pen seems to work very well, producing those uneven dark lines. A friend of mine uses a twig to get a similar effect.

Ahh thanks Frank, I've been called worse 😂 yes I really like the unpredictable nature of the bamboo, it's quite exciting not knowing how things will work out
