Thanks Heather, that's very kind, really appreciate that. Luckily I don't need to paint for approval so often the subjects may seem random to others but there's always a personal link so each painting always means something to me

I like this a lot, as a semi-abstract it works perfectly. I think it's because all the elements- colour, composition etc are in balance.
