Nice Christmas theme Anne, nicely painted.

It looks really good, the hint of colours for the snow shadows is excellent.

This is delightful Anne. Just the place to be at this time of the year. Good to hear that you’re from the north east. I’m from Amble, which I’m sure you will know well.

A wonderful traditional seasonal scene Anne. Wishing you every good wish for Christmas!

Very festive, Anne...right down to the robin. Wishing you the season's best.

A charming painting Anne!

Great shadows and very good Christmas themed painting, Best wishes.

Happy Christmas Anne. Lovely painting, reminds me of ‘Silent Night’.

Thank you, everyone for such lovely comments and wishing you all a Happy Christmas! Carole - yes I know Amble - lovely to be so near the sea and the river. We used to go shopping there with auntie who lived in Warkworth on Castle Street. Happy times! Lewis - glad you spotted the robin!

Nice seasonal Scene Anne, always like when a bit of artistic license is used in a painting, a nice touch with the robin by the way . Like it. Wishing you a happy Christmas and happy painting in 2021 .

Done in Mixed media, it's loosely based on a photo I took of a country church but altered the building and weather using artistic licence! Wishing everyone a Happy Christmas and a Happy (and better) New Year!
