This is a detailed illustration of a young Italian woman who agreed to pose for me for this work. The work is illustrated in inks on board, although this is perhaps a little unusual, I felt that the subject could be best drawn out by using a type of pointilism technique, but with pens and not paint. This technique is time consuming but very rewarding.
