This work, I feel, comes under the heading of still-life, although to my mind there is little still about it, as the colours used are vibrant and extremely lively! The setting in in a colleague's home where her group of vases and that charming low table, just asked to be imortalised in a painting. The materials used were acrylic paint on board.
