Like this Angie, lovely neutrals with hints of local colour. My last few art classes have been covering exactly these elements.

I really like this... the detail on the tea-pot is amazing. Very skilful...

This is a beauty I love everything about it. One of the nicest still life works I've seen .well done Angie Superb.

I like the set up of the subject Angie, some bits cropped. Realistic but very painterly. Lovely little painting.

Thank you so much everybody for your kind comments....x

Love the kettle
Well observed. Well painted. One to be proud of!

This is super, Angie, lovely palette and the kettle is so well done. Also very much like the way the kettle and cup are cropped at the edges, it really draws your eye into the picture, a great composition.

Great piece of work, love the kettle.

I agree with Dennis. Different yet evocative of tea, of course!

Wow! Smashing. This is something I may choose to do my own study in my own style of.

I must admit tea is one of my favourite things in life! Thanks again everyone for your encouraging comments! x

Would take me years to paint something like this...

peter

beautiful still life.

Wow! Just love your gallery Angie - your work is very painterly and yet realistic when you step back. You're very clever!

Thanks Stan, Peter, Georgiana and Dawn - thanks for the encouragement! x

Been looking through your gallery Angie and I stand in awe of your ability (and beg pardon for commenting wrongly based on personal view) Your reproduction of metal is particularly superb.. Hat off to your talent.

I love the kettle, painted beautifully.Well done!
