Art is always so therapeutic Angela I agree

Yes,thankyou Heather, been a bit stiff with arthritis lately but these kind of collage projects keeps the hands in motion at least! Drawing shapes too, but want to return to painting again. Thankyou Heather, take care now and much appreciated!

Thankyou Rikke, it's just an experiment as like creating pictorial scenes maybe for a children's picture book.

Good work Angela. Artwork is a great therapy both physically and mentally.

Keep at it Angela , as a fellow arthritis sufferer I agree that it very therapeutic painting etc. I use pressure gloves and find thst I can paint for longer periods.

Why thankyou Spencer and Paul, I have always loved drawing and painting and now therapeutic exercises as it flexed the joints in the hands but can grip the pencil even though held in an upright position ...sometimes the movements are slower but on a way that seems to co-ordinate eye with line like a child who is beginning to flex their wings...anyway it's fun and always enjoy new challenges to remove obstacles,, so maybe collage work is calling!!!

I was playing around with creating a pictorial scene and created fishes in the sea... It comprises of drawing fish shapes, cut out and glued upon a cobalt blue sea...added cut-out of seaweed and stones ..a mindfulness exercise and enjoyed the moment a bit tedious at times as stiff with arthritis but therapeutic ...collage mixed media. Did participate on zoom and quite enjoyable alongside other friends.
