"Don't count your chickens before they're hatched"

A lovely image again.

Thank you Marjorie, This lino print was one of my first print-making exercises at Art College but the initial drawing I did one day at a store where these hens were poses in a truck. It kind of resurrected the original image and brought these hens to life! Nowadays I print any images by way of monoprinting with a sheet of glass, by placing the painting underneath the glass and paint over the image, then replicate with watercolour pad, its reversed but interesting and they become impressions!

I think I'll have a go at that. 🙂
