This is a lovely watercolour and I have painted the Harbour a lot but none came up as good as this. It's certainly from a different angle which is great.So many painters just paint the fishermans huts.

A truly lovely painting. Realistic yes but not so much so that it could be a photo. A true artistic interpretation of the scene. I'm not surprised it took you a long time.

I've just finished this view of a sunny but chilly November morning. It took weeks to complete but I found it a lot more satisfying than the picture of Leeds Castle
