Again a beautiful "little" gem in your gallery, Andy. Wonderful drawing and painting of the houses, trees, boats, reflections,... everything. It is perfect. I am jealous!!! I was visiting Rye last summer with my husband (as several times before) and showing it to 2 of our grand-daughters and they loved the place!!

Thanks Mia, you're very generous. I must be improving my technique as this one only took 57 hours. We like Rye a lot and visit a couple of times a year. Next time will be in a couple of weeks, to take this framed picture to The Turtle Gallery where I hope Pat Field will like it as much as you and agree to hang it for sale. Each time we visit Rye we drop into Winchelsea as it appears to be in a land of its own with hardly any pedestrians or traffic, but its wealth of beautiful architecture draws us back time and again
