This rock formation is a popular landmark above the Yorkshire town of Ilkley. The thing to do is have a climb up behind and on to the top of the large rock (the cow), a stroll over the moor behind, then back for a coffee and cake in the excellent Italian cafe that handily sits below the rocks. This was painted on site on a bright day in February (a lot of hot Italian coffee was required!).
