This is a beautiful and quiet place not far from where I live in Harrogate and is a near perfect scene for any artist! An ancient Packhorse Bridge (that probably served the trade routes for Fountains Abbey a few miles away), a gently flowing stream, a carpet of bluebells and blessed with warm sunshine! Painted largely on site and completed in the studio
