French Meadow

French Meadow

Great job with the palette knife, very precise Andrea. I love this eye-level view, can almost hear the birds chirping and the blue sky is gorgeous Thank you for your generous comment on my coloured pencil effort!

Thanks Carole, the eye-level view came easily, I had to stand in a ditch at the side of the lane to get the photograph I worked from! You are welcome re my comment (another easy one) your artwork deserves compliments and I think your coloured pencil work is really super.

Hang on Studio Wall

I loved the tangle of wild flowers and plants at the edge, with the view of the trees on the horizon, and challenged myself to capture it all, using only palette knives and no brush work.
