Oh I like! Colours and shapes....Great! I want to try and explore abstract work myself, but it always comes out a mess!

Andre lovely tight colour scheme just a few colours and you have achieved an excellent piece well done David Harrison

I do like the way the regular shapes are juxtaposed with the few uneven shapes, but the stong colours make it for me.

Very unlike your usual work, but it works very well. I see Ruth Dolan likes it as well - she would, because it has some resemblances to her own bright, clear, sharp work.

Now this is really something - puts me in mind of the work of Nacho Frades who regularly posts here on POL

The shapes, the colours, the overall effect makes for a very eye catching painting Andre.

Just catching up on some commenting and I like this very much. It is different from other things you have done and yet retains a sense of your style, which I like. In particular I like the way you have portrayed the trees and love the colour palette, a great sense of light.

Thanks to everyone for your kind words of encouragement, fancied trying something different, not sure about it,but enjoyed doing it all the same.

Andre, this is interesting and works really well, with a harmonious blend of colours. (I've tried abstracts but never know where to start, but abstracting a landscape in this way is a good idea, will have to try it!)
