Yes, and the brush strokes create lots of energy. I didn't get to my easel yesterday. A 95th birthday got in the way! I am assuming that the measurements for your canvas are in inches, not cm, which makes this a very fast painting!

Thanks for the comments, the exercise in using a larger long handled brush and attempting to complete the picture in a shorter time , to enable a looser approach( I have a tendancy to fiddle) was fun, and difficult to break the habit of wanting detail.
