A super sketch Linda - off the top of my head...Miss Haversham from David Copperfield? Now I'm unsure if that was the Dickens novel she was in!

That should be Great Expectations and Miss Havisham! Shown myself up again!

Thanks everyone, I really enjoyed doing this drawing, I would like to say I had done it from my imagination but I'm not that clever, I used an internet free image from the film, the actress was Martisha Hunt for those of us old enough to remember.😀😁

I take it that the March Forum Challenge is to illustrate a book cover and hazard a guess at the book title. How do I find out about the forum challenge? Couldn’t find anything in the menu.

Just want to say thank you Linda for opening my eyes to the forum. Not so good with technology as I’m rather old and decrepit but have discovered that I can obtain all sorts of info’ by just clicking on a name. It’s wonderful. I may even try to participate when I’m back in the UK. Don’t have much time at the moment to paint as I’m wintering in Spain but will e home next week. Let the fun begin. Thanks again Linda😊😊😊
