Beautiful washes and just enough detail.

Lovely Alan great use of mediium very professional

Thank you, Marjorie.

Dennis, thank you—your comment, coming from such an accomplished painter as yourself, is especially appreciated.

Just enough information here, you can fill in the gaps with your imagination.. And that's key here.. Nice work.

Beautifully done - not easy to paint like this in watercolour (it's not easy in anything, but especially not in watercolour) - you have light, ethereal washes but they're still strong and full of colour; the painting radiates warmth.

A very accomplished work, with a modern contemporary feel to it with the slightly unfinished look. Really like this.

Truly exquisite work Alan, I have nothing more to say, speechless no less...

This is super Alan, great attention to light and shadow and beautiful washes.

Wonderful life class, Alan, superbly painted with great washes. That reminds me the nude watercolours of Carlos Leon Salazar

Fabulous use of colours. Utterly convincing, as always.

Alan, Robert, Andre, Alan, Dennis and Frank, thank you for your kind comments which I appreciate.

Thank you Cesare. Carlos Leon Romano's nude watercolours remind me of the master, Charles Reid.

Gudrun, thank you—your comment is greatly appreciated.

Your life work is exquisite Alan....it's alive.

Very accomplished watercolour. Superb study Diana

Fiona, Diana, and Russell, thank you—I appreciate your comments.

A lovely study which says reads well without being too detailed. The watercolour blending is soft but very descriptive too.

Julie, thank you—your comment is much appreciated.

Lovely work , your handling of this medium is excellent.

Sandra, thank you for taking the trouble to view my gallery. I appreciate your kind comment.
