Thanks for your comment, Kevin, much appreciated. I've been trying for sometime to simplify things and to convey my response to the landscape without too much detail.

Stunning in it's simplicity. It takes real skill and courage to pare things down to the bone and still get the effect you want. I think you are getting really good at doing this as this painting demonstrates. There is so much interest, colour and texture in it, but amazingly little detail. A job well done I say!
