Really like the loose feel to this, the spattering representing the rocks in the foreground and the silhouetted castle look great. The background of the Lleyn peninsula is also effective, very nice. ( and that lovely splash of red)

Great movement!

I really love those blues Alan and the composition of the whole painting is brilliant! A real eye-catcher!

Went on holiday there a couple of times Alan, beautiful place just like your painting.

Works a treat Alan. Very pleasing to study.

Fantastic Alan! Love the sweeping strokes in the sky, the hazy silhouette of the castle and the reflection of the light on the water is gorgeous.

Love the colours in this Alan ..There is a lovely evening glow to this, and I too like the spatteingr ...it give a great texture to the foreground.

Thank you all for some great comments, it gives me much encouragement to pursue this loose style of work.
