Poppies in the Rain

Really good - those water drops on the tulip are knock-out

A beautiful poppy I like the seed heads in the background. The rain drops are great and add a lot to the painting.

Saw this and just loved it straight of, the red of the poppy just looks like velvet. One tip, add some of that red to the greens to give them more depth. But again a painting that I would I have on my wall any time.

Appreciate your comments especially about adding a bit of red among the leaves as well.
