Catch Of The Day

May be quick, Chris, but still most effective!!

These rapid ‘gung-ho’ approaches to painting often produce good results… excellent!

Really good for a 30 minuter!

Two good posts today Chris, I agree with your description. All I seem to do lately is doodle in sketchbooks, but I think that's the best part of this art lark.

A excellent painting especially in thirty minutes.

The colours are very fresh and bright. Sometimes quickest is best.

Lovely Chris.

Thank you David Alan Heather Lewis Paul Bryan and Denise. Your all such great Artists I feel very humble. Thank you.

This is lovely Chris. Love how the bands of colour blend so naturally.

Oh, this is lovely Chris.

This is lovely and so elegant, Chris. I always love your use of varied shapes and lines, and this one is really beautifully done.

Love this too Chris..I especially like the pose of the fisherman casting off ( of that's the expression, I don't fish myself and I may be getting confused with knitting!) Anyway it's very well done.

I really like it Chris. Great colours, composition and movement.

This is one of my quick fire pieces of art. More a doodle for better things at a later date. Usually no more than thirty minute splashes of paint or less when my day is taken by other chores. They are fun to do. Not taken seriously but give me some sort of achievement that the day is not all lost .
