Lol, I didn’t forget about it, I'm just not able to come back to it as frequently as I'd wish to 😊 Some time ago I went fascinated with Silkies chickens... I've became a member of the Silkie Club of Great Britain, and I'm extremely busy building the chicken coop at back garden... Then full time job on top... Lol... Thank you for watching progress anyway dear friends. ● Watch the video in here Art.

They are coming along brilliantly Pog ,do they have names . I have just bought a second hand chicken coop and my son is about to make a large fox proof run,   Two chucks are arriving soon , they have become unloved.    They will be the most expensive eggs ever...

Thank you for compliments Sylvia 😊 I know you mean about the foxes.., but rats scaring me even more! I'm making a concrete base because of the rats! Enjoy your ... chickens or eggs, ENJOY BOTH!!! 😊😊😊
Some more progress dear friends. At least the eyes aren't empty holes anymore 😉 If I do some more strokes improving the fur around, I can call it finished very soon 😊 Thank you for watching. Art.
Oh, I’m so glad they’ve got eyes now! They have come to life 😀
Looking really good Art! Helen is right- eyes make the face alive. 👍
Those are fab dogs ,  Pog...
It's fabulous - beautifully done, and I'm not saying that just 'coz I love dogs!
Really beautiful Pog, you have done an excellent job of it. Well done.
It's VERY kind of you ALL 😊😊😊 Thank you very much for commenting 😀  I'm surprised myself seeing the outcome 😅  One issue I've noticed is to achieve small dot of highlights on to the eyes... The hot tip is just dimming the white spot, so I've failed to keep it pure white - unaffected... I'm thinking to go over with white pencil to bring the highlights back? Thank you! Art.
Fabulous work PogArt. I've just bought a cheap burner and am dipping my toe into this medium, so I've found your Work in Progress fascinating and quite inspirational. I hope you post the finished article as I'm especially interested in how you finish the eye highlights.

Thanks John for your keen comment. Obviously I'll post the final in here, and I'll upload it to my gallery as well. You can have a look to my Pyrography Album placed in my *gallery page. There's no much to enjoy though, as I didn’t do pyrography for long you see. I have been just *trying how it goes on wood or the paper, how it's about shading etc. Most is just basic, experimental pieces, but you might find it interesting? You've mentioned that you've got a cheap tool... Regardless how much you've spent to get it, it's very important whether it has a feature (gauge) to control the *tip temperature my friend. Without that feature you won't be able do fine arts, as the tip will behave like a rough axe, but you'll need a kitchen knife - if you know I mean 😉 ● You can watch me burning in here ;)  Enjoy your pyrography adventure!!! And share to us your progress please! Best regards. Art.
