Cheers Paul. I’ve darkened the shadow area on the car a touch compared to the reference, which wakes things up a bit, and I’ll do the same with the other two cars.

Looking good Anth.  Wonderful Blue on the Vanguard. Only 2 and a bit left to do. Got your work cut out on this one.  See what I did there?? Keep it coming. Keep up the pressure.

Day 3 - had hoped to finish the Vanguard but took the family out for us teas instead :) Did get an hour when I got back so got some progress: I’ll even the grille up when I paint the slats, hopefully tomorrow, and get the headlights and badge detail in.

Day 4 - not quite finished but getting there: Had an unexpected appointment tonight but got the bonnet badge, grille and bumper done and a start on those fiddlesome headlights.

Day 5: Vanguard finished - The other two will take longer as there’s more to paint in a three-quarter view, but it’s a canny start.

Day 6: got a really good day on the A35 I’m hoping the colour’s correct as the reference images for this and the Vanguard were two different shades of blue. Checked with the lady I’m doing the painting before and I’m told the Vanguard blue is correct. Fingers crossed…
