Now I have to go back and have another look for the crack on the wall...any excuse...it's obviously a painting that needs more analysis!!! I actually like it but yes I do imagine he might have had a bit of worry about what the rat might nibble on. (lol) (lol) :D :$

I'd like to say a special hello to Patsy, Jed and Mel and anyone else who knows me! Please come back or don't leave. I love you! (wow, i bet THAT made your days! ) Well thank you ma'am...

WELCOME BACK TO OUR MEL...WE LOVE YOU TOO :D :D
Welcome back to another returnee
You really have been missed........................................ Hurray! "The man is back"
Drat I would not have a pet rat !I would not paint one either..... think of it how many artists have done so ? Probably a small number, as many who have painted private parts may be !
The only Rat I have ever liked was 'Ratty' in Wind in the Willows.....and he turned out to be a water vole!!! :D
Hi Patsy, Alan & Blue...thank you. Lucian & his art? brilliant. His technique? Meticulous. Art or Pornography? In the eye of the observer.... In this case not quite pornography the east-west alignment...
"Do try a rat as a pet. Imagine it, sitting on your shoulder, nuzzling against your ear. What could be nicer? The absence of the rat?
Mel. has the hot oven in readiness...sauce of your choice...meal for four I would think...rat-tail soup? or ratatouille?
