This challenge is going great guns.  I hadn't thought mushrooms would spark this much interest.  A fine variety of work and techniques.
Yes I agree Lew, there's been lots of great paintings in different styles and mediums, I need to get cracking !!!
There are some fabulous drawings and paintings on here.   Haven't taken part in one of these painting challenge for a few months, so here is a very quick sketch of an Amanita from one of my own photos from last year.   Fountain pen.

Really lovely images, everyone.
ive been busy looking at the so many images online of diff fungi,. This is a combination of the ones that stuck in the mind, some have fireworks colours, which is what I originally thought would be a good idea...  This is on white pastel mat using pastels.
My third attempt at this month’s challenge. 9 x 10in drawing on Ivory Canson Mi-Teintes. Rigger brush and Prussian blue acrylic ink.
That's lovely, Alan, and true to form and environment.
Similar to Alan’s above. A quick scribbly one. Found these on an old root as the side of the compost heap.
Some fantastic entries here. I love the subject, fungi are one of my favourite subjects for drawing and painting. So, this is my third entry. Sketch with watersoluble ink (Artpen).
Alan, Fiona and Mia, another three great fungi paintings, there's been some great ones on the forum and all do different. I still have to contribute to the challenge, hopefully I'll get something done this week. 😀
My last one for this challenge - thought I ought to do a new one, both my previous ones were older paintings.  This is watercolour collage on an acrylic ink background.
