I use the term "pests" from the very depths of whatever charitable impulse my soul may possess. Keep an eye out overnight/early morning.

Couldn't get back to sleep - felt in my bones that someone was doing what they shouldn't have been doing, and yea, verily - a whole crop of them.  Apologies to anyone who was looking for smack, cocaine, and various other illicit substances .... but you'll just have to revert to your usual suppliers, 'coz I've shifted them: so far.....

I also shifted about a dozen or more cocaine related spam in the early morning hours… A never-ending story of course!

I had a session of clearing a load yesterday morning, there seemed to be pages of them. I was late starting this morning and you two gents had shot  all down by then .

If anyone out there, better able to track these crooks, can investigate Cloni - Home, I wish they would.  It's a Russian outfit, quelle surprise, and enabling criminals to infest this and many other websites.   Thanks to them, the site has been infested by even more criminal rubbish this evening.  I really don 't understand why it's so hard, if the internet really IS all it's cracked up to be, to track these crooks down and put them behind bars where they belong.

Robert I have removed around twenty this evening myself,  it was quite a heavy attack all the same dross unfortunately they had been at it awhile before I noticed.

A little elementary mathematics here - I've removed around 25; you've removed 20, though I bet it would have been more - are we, do you think, unusually targeted, or is this happening to every single forum out there? Not that it would help us in any way to know, but it'd be mildly interesting; so much of this comes from Russia, it seems to me - state or individual-inspired?  Let's declare war, either way!  Send a gunboat.....  Seriously though - the point of this stuff evades me; I could understand it on a multinational website, but praise this one though we will, it's not exactly up to United Nations standards, and few of would want over the counter Naproxen, Voltarol, cocaine, false passports, credit cards, pseudo bank accounts.... I mean: one could get all of that at home.... I don't see the point.  I see the bloody nuisance of it, though!

Adding my thanks to the stalwart moderators who put in the hard yards keeping this site usable. In my very different timezone I am fortunate enough to see very little of it. You've done all the hard work by the time I log on in the morning. Robert I like your idea of a gunboat!
