Love the idea of your corner of the room Marjorie. I’v been tempted to sketch my favourite piece of furniture but I’ll make a complete mess so haven’t bothered....so far. Gorgeous gosling Anjanna , such wonderful colours. Wonderful bunny Christopher! Lovely loose interpretation, very effective shading.
Got in early today we were sketching jewelry today at Sketch Club did this in pen an water colour. Loving everyone else's work it gives me inspiration to continue.
Lovely sketches folks - they are coming fast and furious!  Great sketches Paul, Marjorie, Anjana, Christopher and Lew - and what a lovely variety of subjects and techniques :) I have a lot to do today so here is a quick scribble with my lovely new Caran D'Ache Museum Aquarelle watercolour pencils - I only bought 6 to try, with an eye mainly for urban sketching, so of course this is a landscape!  No greens and now blues.  Autumn in Dumfries and Galloway from one of my photos (back road between Caulkerbush and Dalbeattie for Fiona :) )

Anjana this is for you, my finished sketch as a painting!!!
Lots of great sketching still coming in, well done to all, doesn't look like any of us are running out of ideas!! need to get cracking again!!
Linda, that is beautiful!
Thank you Margaret, never put it on the gallery as I thought it was a bit sugary!!!
And the variety keeps coming! I’m not going to name everyone, they’re all wonderful. Here’s my cricket offering for the day, Ben Stokes getting his century, not a great likeness but hopefully enough!
Wow! Linda feel like giving up now, your someone to aspire to. It's a beautiful painting.
Great sketch Tessa and like the colouring. Thank you Christopher that's a lovely compliment. This sketch a day challenge helps to boost your confidence.
Wow that is stunning Linda, thank you for sharing, you must add it to the gallery! Tessa great sketch of Ben Stokes – I see a very good likeness, Margaret lovely sketch – that area must be so picturesque. Christopher like how you have caught the shine in the pendant and how adorable is the bunny, it’s all in the hunched-up shoulders I reckon! Lewis great 10 min sketch, think you may have spurred me on to get my inktense pencils out. Hmm now what to sketch ..
My sketch today is Broadway in the Cotswolds taken from a holiday photo a couple of years ago. You can see for miles from this tower.
