Thanks, Yes Christine I looked at the pastel packs on Alan's suggestion when he mentioned it on my post. The one I wanted is out of stock so I'm waiting for it to come in, then I'll order a pack.

Just done this today and I am struggling.  This is Scooby  now in the big kennel in the sky but used to spend holidays with us.  a3 Inktense and pen.    Might be binned.

I wouldn't bin it Sylvia. He looks like a lovely dog, and the white coat shows up nicely against the dark blue/purple. He's lying contentedly on a rug by the fire, which would be how you remember him.
