Can anyone tell which is my favourite TV series?  I just bought myself a proportional divider, and this is my first go with it.
She sure looks interesting Simon. Here is my sketch this evening.

Dr Who? Looks like the original doctor....can't quite recall the name at this moment!
Oh, remembered Simon! William Hartnell!
Denise, your portrait has great impact!

Yep.  I'm very much still learning to draw, so my sketches are probably a bit "sketchier" than everyone else's :p
Simon you will come along quickly. I started drawing on this forum in October when I joined. Before that, I had never done any sketching or drawing before. It's brought my painting along as well. Your sketch is very good, it's nice and loosely done.

Nice portraits Denise and Simon. Another old truck from me .

Thanks.  I only started in November myself, as a way of staying sane during lockdown.  I'd pretty much never done anything much with drawing before then (the art GCSE course at my school was abysmal!)

That's honestly really nice.
Ok, no laughing, I don't mind if you do. I discovered the Zorn palette three days ago, not that it's improved my portrait skills any or should I say, lack of them. I'm going to keep practicing and hopefully as the months go on I might see some improvement. By that time I should have the skin tones looking a bit better.
