Oops sorry Gudrun. Lovely drawing nonetheless!
Sorry I have missed lots of your sketches but everyone seems to be adding some great drawings/paintings. plants, hands, cars covered in vegetation, boats, lovely portrait, woodland, panda and stonework statue. forgive me if I've left any out, but carry on sketching !!!
That's ok Tessa.  It's a shame because she's quite elegant!
Obviously that’s why I thought it was you! This is mine today, a sketch of my daughters wall hanging reindeer head made of ? plywood I think!
Liking everyone's sketches some great work. Was at.my sketch club today so here's the brief and sketch.
Yet again another day of great sketches. It’s  thinking of something different and not repeating, that is a challenge. I’ve done horses to day as I had planned but was beaten to it.
more good paintings today people, mine today is a subject that's happening all over the country, in sheds spare rooms and airing cupboards. can you guess........ chitting seed potatoes ready for planting.
Love your horses Paul. To those who asked about my horse sketch, I spent most of my life around horses, so yes their shape is somewhat engrained in my head :-) Love the reindeer, fruits and chitting tatties too (mine are on the window sill too). Today I have done lichen on a tree in my garden. Pitt pen and guache.
Just fabulous things.  Do you know, I haven't really done horses ....
I'm way behind in commenting today!  I did my sketch(es) this afternoon but am only getting around to commenting and posting now.  What a lovely set of sketches; Anjana's  Long tailed tits; Gudrun's portrait; Tessa's intriguing wall art head (hope your daughter is getting better - is she home yet?); Christopher's yummy selection of fruit; Dixie's horses (don't worry about repeating subjects!); Alan's chitting spuds; and Audrey's twig with lichen (I use a lot of PITT pen too). Hope you don't mind that I'm posting 2 sketches - they are both very quick and quite small and both done outside.  On an earlier walk had spotted that the white flowered cherry trees were in blossom so couldn't resist going to sketch them - while I was there, also did a very quick sketch of a crocus - one of the reasons they were very quick was that there was a very cold wind (!)  (can still see snow on the hills from Edinburgh).

I did also do this 'sketch' on the beach today. Used 3 feet long piece of driftwood on sand, and in situ rock with seaweed ;-) Just my sense of humour I'm afraid.
