Nice watercolour sketch Gillian. Thanks  Tessa I feel like a child learning to draw with theses pens, I’ve used them for line drawings etc, But never for a proper sketch, quite different from pencil.

This mornings walk took me on a path with loads of butterflies so I took a few photos and did a sketch with some watercolour added. Wrong paper used so ended up a bit messy.

Hi Dixie. I believe they were scabiosa or scabious? There were also a lot of thistles in flower. I like your boats. I find boat shapes like that very difficult!
