It’s so interesting to see how others approach a painting. It is so different to what I do but I can imagine that you get great satisfaction from deconstructing the form Dmitry.
We went for a drive to the lovely Harts Barn Craft centre and cafe in the Forest of Dean, had lunch outside between slight showers and drew this one corner of the garden. Fairly quiet considering Bank Holiday weekend.
Lovely Tessa! Been doing a few sketches over the past couple of days
Good work Gillian. What/where is the building?
Nice work Tessa, love that red  boat Gill and the rest of your sketch’s .

Tessa it is the Bishop’s Palace in Kirkwall here in Orkney . I took the art group I lead on Friday so we could sketch en plein air.
A few sketch don’t in the last few days , having to make myself do some artwork as I’m in that can’t be bothered mood frustrating when you have work on the easel. Apart from the ink pen sketch of the old van the others are studies fir part of potential paintings the boat dared in the book I use for maritime work and the horses in my landscape one .m
You've certainly been busy Paul. I dashed this off yesterday whilst sitting in the park with a coffee - I've sketched these pollarded trees before, they have started sprouting and are reaching for the sky again.  Done very quickly using my new Rotring pen.

Lovely boats Paul and Pollard trees Andrew, it's nice to sketch when out in the parks. It's Autumn here so did some frottage rubbings of Autumn leaves that dried out then added watercolour pencil. It

I did go out to sketch old buildings so it inspired to paint a ghetto scene! J
Love those leaves Angela, some really nice effects there, both in the monochrome and coloured versions.
