Liking everyone's again today. mine is small but pleasurable to do and they say from little acorns grow big oaks. This has sat on my desk at work all winter.
And again some great sketches, and all so different. I came home yesterday having spent most of it working in the woodland, I started fiddling with the iPastels app and came up with the attached. A lot harder to use  than I thought it would be, hats off the those who do some great digital work. I must try doing a proper scene  and test out the oil app I have.
Christopher, that little acorn had a place after all. Who knew it would be " showcased" on a national site! Paul, nice effect. Must admit, I can't get the hang of the layers on these apps so I just keep it simple. I think that Skylar has tutorials about "Artrage" on you tube but I haven't tuned in yet. Alan, like your Cley Mill, visited there a few years back.

So many to comment on but well done everyone, especially like your jigsaw pieces Tessa, my husband's bored to bits at moment, can't get out in garden, finished his last jigsaw at beginning of week so off to charity shop in morning, take some back and get some new!!! Hope to post something later.
Very quick sketch of Oscar, freebie teddy bear with perfume bought a couple of Christmas's ago.
Lovely selection of sketches.  Tessa, that jigsaw was such a good idea and so well done; nicely sketched baked bans, Marjorie; Alan, your sketches of buildings are getting better and better - that is a super one of Cley Mill; simple but effective sketch of the acorn, Christopher; lovely digital image, Dixie - worked really well; and cute teddy bear, Linda. I hardly ever do detailed pencil sketches these days, but was inspired by yours Marjorie.  A3 pencil sketch of our amaryllis.

Just had a quick browse - portrait, jigsaw, windmill, baked beans(our fav brand too) ameryllis(I might sketch ours Margaret, if I get round to it before it goes over), teddy, digital landscape, an acorn, colourful pheasant and many more - what a great variety of brilliant sketches.
Oh goodness too many to comment on individually again. They’re all excellent as usual! This is a pencil sketch from a photo I took this week for a possible painting. It doesn’t show well in the drawing but the sun was catching on the field beyond the fence and I thought the trees framed it nicely.
Cheating a bit, a digital one. No time tonight.
Some really good work going on. Marjorie I don’t think digital is cheating, having tried it recently it takes a lot of manipulation and skill. Back to the old truck for me as short of time today.
