Thank you Alan and everyone for this. I'm a terrible last minute merchant but that sounds like a recipe for stress! Will get on with it this weekend and see how it goes.  All the best to everyone entering.
Just a suggestion, if you don't have a webpage. You could use your painters online gallery page. It is https://www.painters-online.co.uk/artists/yourname. If you can't remember what your user name is go to manage profile and its there under the welcome to your studio.
Thanks Colette, that's really useful.
I’ve eventually managed to download my three submissions, and used supporting sketches that I had in my sketchbook. The artists statement (which is mandatory), won’t save! I’ve written it out three times and pressed the save button… when I return it has disappeared! I’m getting very frustrated to say the least! I’m computer literate so I know what I’m doing! I’m going to have to contact someone, not sure who! This is what we’re up against now that Dawn is no longer here to help! She used to sort all these issues out! I’ve emailed Warners yesterday about the entry form in general, but not had a response as yet!

Alan, when I needed to query my entry, I initially tried to call them, but just got voicemail each time, so emailed instead - [email protected] (which I assume is their general email address for any enquiries) - but it took several days before I got a reply (no name, just from PHTeam).  I didn’t have any trouble uploading my artist’s statement, but can understand the frustration at having to keep re-entering and still not get it accepted!  I found the whole entry form/process rather disjointed and there don’t seem to be many explanatory notes to help.  As you said, in the past a quick mail to Dawn would have got an immediate response!

Thanks Jenny, that’s a starting point anyway. I’m going to try again tomorrow, my patients is wearing thin…
Now all the additional images that I downloaded earlier are missing, an hour’s work sorting them out. I’m fuming!
This suggests that very few resources are being used here….
Looks like it, doesn’t it?   Surprising, since this year TALP Open is being promoted as ‘even bigger and better, new look, new way to enter, etc… ‘

I’ve persevered and downloaded my supporting images… it looks like they need to be under 3mb, otherwise they won’t load! No info on this anywhere so keep that in mind when entering. I’ve also typed in my artists statement, and saved all of these things. So, I’m hoping that this time they won’t disappear overnight…if they do, I’ll pull out altogether even if I have to forfeit my £35. Anyway, let’s cross that bridge when we get to it, but so far so good.  I’ve spent several hours at least on this today, but that’s life. I’ve entered this competition no fewer than 6 or 7 times over the past years, never once had an issue with the entry form. I’ve emailed Warners again earlier, but still no response… Without Dawn, I feel as though we’ve been left high and dry! We’ve nobody to turn to for help!
I’m not going to hold my breath, because my artist’s statement, as well as my three entries, have a box coming up saying  ‘incomplete’ on each item. I wonder if Jenny had this message!

Hubris, Jenny, hubris.... swiftly followed by Nemesis..... I know this isn't in any way funny, but I do have a sense of chickens coming home to roost so far as POL is concerned.  New brooms may be necessary, but one can also trip over them.
